Overnight snow squalls slicked up roads in the area
bringing Station 75 out at 10:30pm for the reported
rollover on Farview Mtn. On arrival, it was quickly
determined that Rt 6 needed to be closed until
PennDOT could get crews out. The driver was not
injured ...and
all returned safely.

Station 75
was sent to the same area for a 2nd accident. Fire
Police directed traffic around the scene keeping 1
lane open. The driver had minor injuries and
everyone returned safely at 1:30am from both calls.

dispatched for a smell of Gas on Honesdale Road.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were
dispatched for a chimney fire on Canaan Road near
Paul's Garage.

Mobile 9 were dispatched for a 1 car MVA on Route 6
near Carbondale Road. Crews arrived to find the
accident on Carbondale Road near the entrance to
SCI.

traffic control for a tractor trailer stuck on
Farview Mountain near French's Corner.

male with his arm stuck in a meat grinder.

dispatched for a possible structure fire on Route
296 across from RD Wilson school.

Mobile 9 were dispatched for a MVA on The Owego
Turnpike near the entrance to Camp Ladore.

Rescue 75 was dispatched along
with Company 1, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 for a MVA
on Salem Mountain. All units were cancelled, the MVA
was in Carbondale Township.

Station 75 was dispatched to
assist Waymart EMS with a driver.

Station 75, Waymart EMS, and
Mobile 9 were dispatched for a MVA on Tuthill Road.
January 23, 2011
Station 75 and Waymart EMS were
dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at 216 South
Street. Reports were that there was smoke showing
and all occupants were out of the structure. Units
arrived on scene and investigated to find a furnace
malfunction.

Rescue 75 was dispatched for an
MVA on Salem Mountain. All units cancelled, the MVA
was in area 29.

assist Waymart EMS with lifting assistance at
Mallard Meadows.

Belmont St for a basement filling with water.
