Station 75 was dispatched to standby for the
possible set up of a landing zone while Waymart EMS operated on a
female that fell off a horse at the intersection of Canaan Road and
Robinson Road.

Station 75 was dispatched for a motorcycle tipped
over and leaking gas at the Shell Gas Station.
May 7, 2010
Company 1, Station 75, and Waymart EMS were
dispatched for a structure fire on Shaffer Road in South Canaan at
08:54 hours. Shortly after dispatch, it was a confirmed working
structure fire. Rescue and Tanker 75 responded within 5 minutes of
dispatch with full crews. Rescue 75 arrived on scene and pulled two
hand lines assisting Company 1 with the fire attack.

Station 75 was dispatched for a tree down on
Yamilkowski road.

tree down on Jubinsky Road. All 75 units were cancelled.

Savage Road. Crews removed one tree on Savage Road, one on O'Connel
Road and one on Tuthill Road.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for a
one car MVA rollover on Route 296 North near Stanton Road.

Station 75, Waymart EMS, our first alarm box
assigntment were dispatched for a possible structure fire on Route
296 near North Baker Road. First reports from the scene reported a
working structure fire on Knobby Knoll Lane. Chief 75 struck out a
2nd alarm.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for a
rekindle of the morning 2nd alarm structure fire on Knobby Knoll
Lane.
May 11, 2010
Rescue 75 was dispatched along with the hazmat
box to assist Station 61 in Carbondale Twp for a car into a gas
meter on Dundaff Street. The Rescue went enroute with a full crew
and was cancelled while enroute.

Station 75 was dispatched to 156 South Street for
possible wires burning.
May 20, 2010
Station 75, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were
dispatched for a 2 car MVA with confirmed entrapment on Farview
Mountain. Rescue 59 was immediately dispatched to assist. Rescue 75
arrived on scene and immediately went to work. The Rescue crews
stabilized the vehicle and removed the passenger side front door, then
crews performed
a wide body cut on the vehicle to remove the patient out the
passenger side. Patient was packaged and
handed over to EMS.
May 21, 2010
Station 75, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were
dispatched t 2:30am for a 1 car MVA with ejection on the Owego
Turnpike near O'Connel Road. The pater later passed away at the
hospital.
May 22, 2010
Station 75 along with the first alarm box
assignment were dispatched for a structure fire on Robinson Road in
South Canaan. 75-11 arrived on scene to report a working
structure fire with smoke coming out of all sides. Rescue 75
responded within minutes of dispatch. Rescue 75 arrived on scene and
entered the structure with a hose line to start the fire attack. The
fire was under control in about an hour from dispatch. Many other
companies operated on scene and assisted with containing this blaze.
Companies operated on scene for about 5 hours. 75 Asst Chief held
command with 12 Chief as Operations.
May 22, 2010
Station 75 was dispatched for a rekindle of the
pervious structure fire on Robinson Road. Crews arrived to find a
mattress smoldering. Crews quickly extinguished the remains.

Station 75 was dispatched to assist Waymart EMS
for the need of a driver for the ambulance.

Station 75 was dispatched for an automatic fire
alarm on South Street.
May 31, 2010
Rescue 75 was dispatched along with Company 43,
Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 for a 2 car MVA with one car over the
embankment on White Oak Drive.
