July 5, 2009
Company 43, Rescue 75, Company 94, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched to Stone Bridge Lane in Clinton Township at 17:47 hours for a small plane that had crashed. 75 Captain arrived on scene to report a small plane over a ravine with one patient. This small plane apparently lost power on the approach to the landing strip, slamming to the slide of a ravine, coming to rest on some downed trees. The pilot was still in the plane when emergency services arrived. The plane was immediately secured preventing it from sliding down the hill side into the stream below. Once extricated by Rescue 75, the pilot was treated by Waymart EMS and Mobile 9 then transported to CMC hospital. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at the Camp Ladore Rec Center.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for a MVA at the intersection of Route 296 and the Owego Turnpike.
 
July 10, 2009
Company 1, Station 75, Company 68, Company 29, and Waymart EMS were dispatched for a working structure fire on 203 Mid Valley Road in South Canaan. Lake Ariel Engine arrived on scene to report a working garage fire with no exposures. Lake Command released all units except for Rescue 75 and all Lake units. Crews assisted on scene and returned to service.
 
July 10, 2009
Station 75, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched for a one car MVA with possible entrapment on Route 6 in front of the Penn Dot shed. Waymart 2 arrived on scene and reported that patient was in his vehicle sleeping. Waymart 2 put all units back in service.
 
July 11, 2009
Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for an unknown type fire near the Keen Lake Lodge on Route 6. Chief 75 investigated to find it was a controlled burn.
 
July 12, 2009
Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at Ladore Lodge on South Street. 75 Rescue, Engine, and Tanker responded. Units investigated to find a broken pull station in the building.

At approximately 5pm Cottage EMS & Rescue were sent to the Casey Highway near exit #7 for the reported motor vehicle accident with injuries.  Just after dispatch an EMS unit out of Wayne Co. reported on scene with "multiple severe injuries" and requested a helicopter.   With this information the EMS box was upgraded bringing additional Cottage EMS units, Waymart EMS and placing Wm. Walker EMS on standby.  Additional reports from the scene indicated a patient ejected over a 100 foot embankment.  The Rescue box was upgraded bringing R59 and R75.  Units arrived to find three patients, two motorcyclists in the roadway and one over the embankment.  EMS went to work packaging patients.  The patient over the embankment was deemed deceased by the medics.  One patient was transported to CMC by Waymart EMS with a Cottage medic on board while the 2nd patient was taken to CMC by LifeFlight 3.  
 
The Rescue crew went to work setting up a haul system to remove the deceased victim upon the completion of the the PSP investigation.   The victim was packaged, placed in a stokes basket and hauled to the roadway by the R51 and R75 crews.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at Dr. Orehek's office on Route 6. All units were cancelled immediately after dispatch.

Station 75 was dispatched to assist Lake Ariel Fire on Route 191 in Lake Ariel for a house that was filling with smoke. Station 75 was put back in service immediatley.

Station 75, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched for a 1 car MVA rollover on Jubinski Road.
 
July 19, 2009
75 Rescue and ATV were dispatched to assist Waymart EMS and Mobile 9 on Long Pond Road in Clinton Township on a golf cart into a tree. All 75 units were cancelled before arrival by Waymart EMS, patient was found DOA.

Station 75, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched for a 2 car MVA on Farview Mountain in front of Gibneys.

Station 75 was dispatched along with Station 43 and their first alarm box assignment for an automatic fire alarm on West Short Drive near Elk Lake. All units investigated and returned to service.

Rescue 75 was dispatched to assist Station 43 on a one car MVA on Route 247. Rescue 75 was canceled before arriving on scene.

Station 75, Station 43, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched for a one car MVA rollover at the intersection of Route 296 and White Oak Drive.

Station 75, Station 43, Waymart EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched for a one car MVA into a ditch on White Rock Drive. Rescue 75 was cancelled.

Tanker 75 was dispatched to assist Station 29 (Jefferson) at a drill.

Station 75 was dispatched to Farview Mountain for a car in the roadway.

Station 75, Waymart EMS, Mobile 9, and Company 94 were dispatched for a one car MVA with entrapment on Route 6 between Keen Lake and Prompton. Waymart 2 arrived on scene reporting a one car MVA past the Prompton bridge with the patient out of the vehicle. Rescue 75 was returned to service.
 
July 30, 2009
Station 75 was dispatched for an MVA on Archbald mountain. Rescue 75 was cancelled immediatley.
 
July 31, 2009
Rescue 75 was dispatched to assist Company 1 and DNA ambulance for a one car MVA on Route 296. Rescue 75 was cancelled while enroute.
